New 2023 Ford Transit Connect, Van, Custom – Ford announced that it will begin production of a new light commercial vehicle in 2023. An all-electric version will follow in 2024. Ford will launch a new Transit Custom version in 2023, with an electric motor. The Transit Custom consistently tops the UK’s sales charts. It was registered more than 43,000 times last year, making it the UK’s best-selling commercial vehicle by a margin exceeding 20,000 units.
Ford Transit 2023 Redesign
From the outside, the Transit will look almost identical to the current model. The car’s shape will not be significantly modified. At 15.1 cubic meters, the new 2023 Ford Transit has the same cargo space as the rear-wheel-drive Transit models of the diesel-engined Transit. The Transit can transport up to 1616kg as an SUV and up to 1967kg when used in chassis cab configuration. The E-Transit will offer 25 variants, each with a gross vehicle mass of up to 4.25 tons.
Ford’s Sync4 infotainment systems will be displayed on the 12.0in touchscreen. Wireless updates are available so you don’t need to visit a dealer to unlock new features. The available driver assistance technology includes a 360-degree camera to assist parking, blindspot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control.
The 2023 Ford Transit, now known as E-Transit, is Britain’s most beloved van. According to official WLTP testing, the new van can run for 217 miles on a single battery. The rear wheels are powered by a single 266bhp motor.
Release Date and Price
As the automaker announced that it will begin preparing the project in the second half of 2022, the 2023 Transit is expected to go on sale by the middle of 2023. The price of the 2023 Ford Transit is not yet known. It is estimated to be between $54,000 and $54,000.
